Prose LaGrange is a pet-friendly community that allows up to two pets per household. While pets are welcome, certain breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull Terriers and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Mastiffs, Wolf-hybrids, and any mixed breeds of these. A one-time pet fee of $350 is required for the first pet, with an additional $350 fee for a second pet. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
